Special Event Insurance Requirements
Tier 1 & Tier 2
- General Liability= $1 Million each occurrence, $2 Million aggregate.
- Liquor Liability $1 Million each occurrence
- Automobile Liability= $1 Million.
- Workers Compensation & Employers' Liability
Tier 3 & Tier 4
- General Liability= $2 Million each occurrence, $4 Million aggregate.
- Automobile Liability= $1 Million.
- Workers Compensation & Employers' Liability
- Addition of Liquor and/or Cannabis liability not less than $1M each occurrence
