Special Event Insurance Requirements

Tier 1 & Tier 2

  • General Liability= $1 Million each occurrence, $2 Million aggregate.
  • Liquor Liability $1 Million each occurrence
  • Automobile Liability= $1 Million.
  • Workers Compensation & Employers' Liability

Tier 3 & Tier 4

  • General Liability= $2 Million each occurrence, $4 Million aggregate.
  • Automobile Liability= $1 Million.
  • Workers Compensation & Employers' Liability
  • Addition of Liquor and/or Cannabis liability not less than $1M each occurrence
