2023-2031 Adopted Housing Element
The California Department of Housing and Community Development found Oakland's 2023-2031 Adopted Housing Element in full compliance with State Housing Element Law (Article 10.6 of the Gov. Code) on February 17, 2023.
The Adopted Housing Element includes redline and clean versions of the Executive Summary, Chapters 1-4, and associated Appendices. Note: Appendix D is split into multiple files due to its size.
