Shared Use Manufacturing Facilities

In 2021 the City of Oakland funded a team of equity applicants, the Oakland Equity Collective (OEC), to purchase a property to advance manufacturing and distribution opportunities for both the OEC team and a rotation of six additional equity manufacturers in OEC's shared-use manufacturing facility.

• Equity manufacturers interested in being a part of the first cohort in the shared-use facility can submit an application to OEC between October 1, 2022 and November 2, 2022.
