Apply to be a Contractor

Contractors interested in working on City-funded homeowner projects can apply to join an approved list.

Before submitting your application to become a City of Oakland Residential Lending Approved Contractor, you must:

  1. Read the Contractor Application Cover Letter and submit supporting documentation.
  2. Register for an account at Accela Citizen Access
