  The City of Oakland invites public feedback on its draft Consolidated Annual Action Plan (AAP) for Housing and Community Development activities for the period of July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019. Please note that the public hearing originally scheduled for Tuesday, July 17, 2018, has been rescheduled to July 24, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, located at One City Hall Plaza, Oakland, CA 94612. All other portions of this notice remain unchanged.
