Space available:
The City of Oakland is currently seeking a tenant or licensee for use of the Boat Bay #3, which includes 3 racks of Boat Bay 3 and Area C for parking for one trailer, located at 115 Embarcadero East, Oakland, CA 94607, at a monthly license fee of $2,645.42 for a term of twelve (12) months with two 1-year options to renew. Proposals will be evaluated based on proposed community benefits and public access for Oakland residents, youth, and seniors. Several independent rowing and dragonboating programs operate out of the Jack London Aquatic Center:

Rowing

• East Bay Rowing (Adult & high school rowing including learn to row classes and masters teams)
• Berkeley High School Crew Team

Dragonboating

• Oakland Renegades (Open to all adults)
• KP Dragons (Kaiser Permanente Dragonboat Team)
• California Dragon Boat Association (Various Teams)
