Find Work for Seniors Through the ASSETS Program
The ASSETS Program helps low-income adults age 55 and older find work. Older adults often experience barriers to getting and keeping a job. These barriers may include discrimination, disability, homelessness and trouble communicating in English.
You may be eligible to participate if you:
- Are 55-years of age or older
- Live in Oakland
- Are unemployed
- Have a limited Income
- Have not been a participant in any employment program in the past 2 years
