The Oakland Police Department has a number of policies that dictate aspects of of the Internal Affairs Process and the responsibilities of Department personnel. Because the Internal Affairs Policies and Procedures Manual 10-1 intersects with these other policies in numerous ways, they are integral to the Ad Hoc Committee's review of this policy, and the Ad Hoc requested that they be made available to members of the public.
