About
Through April 22, 2022, the City of Oakland's Workforce Development Board (OWDB) is accepting proposals from organizations to operate career centers and provide direct services for adult, youth and young adult job seekers and workers, 16 and older. Contracts resulting from this RFP process are anticipated to run from July 2022 through June 2025.
