Planning and Project Development (PPD) Team
The Planning and Project Development team is part of OakDOT's Great Streets Division. Our work includes:
- Developing community-based multimodal and corridor transportation plans
- Managing the public outreach, planning, and conceptual design for streetscape projects
- Analyzing data for the Safe Oakland Streets Program
- Pursuing grant funding
- Conducting/supporting outreach for non-PPD projects
- Reviewing, coordinating, and leveraging major development projects to implement the City's plans and strategic priorities
