How to Submit

Step 1.Step One: Complete Checklist

  • Complete all relevant sections of the form.

Step 2.Step Two: Building Permit

  • Submit a Building Worksheet through our Online Permit Center*
    *Note: You will be taken to our login page first before you can submit a Building Worksheet
  • In the Worksheet, upload your Construction Project Accessibility Checklist with your completed Building Permit Application(PDF, 202KB) and all associated documents

Step 3.Step Three: Application Review

Once we receive your application and have created it in our system, we will review your plans. If we need further information, we will contact you.
