Before registering or making a payment, please read and understand the following:
- Prepare to provide all information listed in this Registration Checklist(PDF, 151KB)
- Read the Registration Responsibilities Summary OMC 8.54.200
- Read the Inspection, Maintenance and Security Requirements OMC 8.54, Article IV
Additional Information
- All data captured in this registration program is considered public information.
- The failure to register a property can result in civil and administrative penalties. Refer to the Summary of Ordinance and Program Requirements for more information.
- The registration fee is good for one year. If completion of required abatement has not occurred within twelve months of initial registration the registration must be renewed and the annual fee is again due.
