The Lobbyist Registration Act requires people and groups who try to influence City officials' decisions through lobbying to register and report their activities.

Lobbyists must file activity reports online with the Public Ethics Commission. These reports are available to the public as datasets on OakData.

Disclosure Resources

The Public Ethics Commission collects financial disclosure forms from candidates, political groups, lobbyists, and certain City employees and officials. These forms are public records, and anyone can view them online.
